The challenge
Client needed to re-organize the document database for faster processing of evidence materials by uniformed services. Client wanted also to standardize the monitoring tools interface in order to shorten both the notifications processing time and reaction time when reporting incidents.What we did
- Conducted research and usability tests
- Desinged UX / UI solutions enabling quick and easy capture of any fragment from interventions’ recordings
- Unified the interface of available tools and introduced a more intuitive look in order to reduce the learning time
