The challenge
Due to the increasing need to share expertise and provide technical support for the company’s solutions, the client’s Digital Accelerator department needed to modernize its knowledge base and customer support tools. Their goal was to re-write their current e-commerce solution, and product pages and Knowledge HUB to the new version.
What we did
- Created product development roadmap.
- Took care of components prioritization and scope of the MVP.
- Analyzed business requirements and did a feasibility study.
- Coordinated work between multiple Scrum teams within the organization.
- Migrated all the available tools, research articles, product manuals, documents, trainings, and webinars to a renewed, next-generation e-commerce platform.
