The challenge
The client was performing the compliance assessment process manually, which was more time-consuming and could cause potential errors. Therefore, the client needed to enhance, simplify and automate the process.
What we did
- Created a SharePoint list with all employees to be evaluated using Power Automate flow.
- Designed mailings and notifications system for selected users to receive emails with defined tasks and timelines as text messages.
- Implemented data entry form with features that allow to review, approve or decline submitted metrics.
- Designed a dashboard to display the structure, with the possibility to see the historical metrics of each person.
- Added sub-lists/views for different divisions, with the possibility to export files to Excel.
