The challenge
The client needed to conduct an analysis of SharePoint environment with regard to its efficiency and potential technical problems. The goal was to create and implement recommendations enhancing SharePoint efficiency.
What we did
- Reviewed the client's Windows, SQL and SharePoint farm in order to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Determined and discovered possible sources and root causes responsible for the performance issues in the environment.
- Prepared a guideline document containing an analysis of issues found in the environment, change recommendations, and possible solutions.
