Sii Poland’s experts took full responsibility for improving and developing the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management environment.
The scope of work combined technical implementation with process consulting and user enablement, including:
- Reinstallation and reconfiguration of Microsoft Project Server
- Mapping the client's project management methodology into dedicated workflows to automate project processes
- Development and implementation of supporting applications and custom integrations
- Creation of reports and dashboards providing clear visibility into project performance and progress
- Training sessions and workshops for managers and end users as part of broader business and process consulting activities
As a result, the client gained a stable and modern EPM environment that supports day-to-day project management and provides a foundation for further automation initiatives.
