Customer Engagement Platform (CEP/CRM) Product Owner will have overall responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics platform and commercial processes and data within the platform. The role will work with the Commercial Growth Director to define, implement, and continuously optimise standard and efficient commercial processes (lead and opportunity management, account and key account management, pricing & CPQ) across our markets (TCGs) and regions/countries. These processes should be fully aligned and supported within the MS Dynamics platform. A key responsibility of the role will be driving process/platform adoption (working with the operational excellence team), including leading process/platform training for the Commercial team.
The Product Owner will manage the relationship with our platform partner, ensuring there is a long-term vision for the platform (fully exploiting the capabilities of the platform, especially in the area of AI/data and automation), a clear and aligned roadmap, and a transparent development backlog. The product owner should ensure the quality delivery and effective use of the partner's expertise.

Product Owner ds. platformy obsługi klienta (CEP/CRM) będzie ponosił ogólną odpowiedzialność za platformę Microsoft Dynamics oraz procesy handlowe i dane w ramach tej platformy. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie współpracować z dyrektorem ds. rozwoju handlowego w celu definiowania, wdrażania i ciągłej optymalizacji standardowych i wydajnych procesów handlowych (zarządzanie potencjalnymi klientami i szansami sprzedaży, zarządzanie klientami i kluczowymi klientami, ustalanie cen oraz CPQ) na wszystkich naszych rynkach (TCG) oraz w regionach i krajach. Procesy te powinny być w pełni zharmonizowane i obsługiwane w ramach platformy MS Dynamics. Kluczowym obowiązkiem na tym stanowisku będzie promowanie wdrażania procesów i platformy (we współpracy z zespołem ds. doskonałości operacyjnej), w tym prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu procesów i platformy dla zespołu handlowego.
Product Owner będzie zarządzał relacjami z naszym partnerem platformowym, zapewniając długoterminową wizję platformy (pełne wykorzystanie możliwości platformy, zwłaszcza w obszarze sztucznej inteligencji/danych i automatyzacji), jasny i spójny plan działania oraz przejrzystą listę zadań do realizacji. Product Owner powinien zapewnić wysoką jakość realizacji oraz efektywne wykorzystanie wiedzy eksperckiej partnera.
