Coworking zones powered by Sii – where learning, technology, and people meet
23.09.2025
Across universities in Poland, modern coworking zones branded with the Sii Poland logo are opening, designed specifically with students in mind. Their presence reflects the company’s partnership-oriented approach to education and its commitment to building long-term relationships with the academic community.
Practical support for students
Sii Poland’s coworking zones are friendly, functional spaces at technical and business universities. They offer students a place to study, collaborate on projects, work in teams, and participate in workshops and events led by experts from Sii Poland. From the outset, the company aimed to create environments that support students in their academic and project work, preparing them for the challenges of the job market. These zones are intended to be places where theory meets practice.
Students appreciate the blend of comfort and functionality in our coworking zones, along with the freedom to have open conversations. They enjoy the informal atmosphere, modern design, and the fact that they can talk to experts equally – exchanging ideas and experiences instead of passively listening to long presentations – says Albertyna Pawłowska, Regional Recruitment Manager from Sii Kraków.
Students highly value the coworking zone we created for their needs. At the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science, Warsaw University of Technology, we’ve built a modern space for relaxing between classes and engaging in creative teamwork. Students meet there to learn together, develop projects, prepare for exams, and share knowledge during our ‘Tutornia’ sessions. The zone has become an important part of campus life – a place for collaboration and integration – comments Agata Kraszewska, Senior Regional Recruitment Manager from Sii Warsaw.
Coworking zones – where professional passion is born
Sii Poland presents itself to students as an open and modern company that freely shares knowledge and actively supports the development of young talent. The company aims to be an attractive employer; it wants to be a development partner and a place where students can pursue their passions and gain valuable professional experience.
The coworking zones host technology workshops, expert talks, and meetups with Sii Poland specialists, who share technical knowledge and practical insights from working on global projects. These spaces allow students to build skills in an environment that resembles real-world working conditions. They also foster teamwork, planning, and problem-solving, which are essential competencies for any role in IT, regardless of specialization.
Sii’s presence on the academic map of Poland
Sii Poland’s coworking zones are already active at several key universities, including Lublin University of Technology, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Poznań University of Technology, Cracow University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology, and the University of Warsaw. A new zone will open in October at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. Each zone is tailored to the specific needs of its academic environment and developed in close cooperation with the university.
Part of a broader educational mission led by Sii Poland
While the coworking zones are a key initiative, they represent just one aspect of Sii Poland’s broader engagement with education. The company collaborates with 37 universities across Poland, supporting student initiatives, delivering lectures and workshops, organizing recruitment events, and offering internships through the Summer Talent Academy. The coworking zones are a natural extension of these efforts.
Meetings between students and Sii representatives are always full of energy and openness. Students leave with practical tips, inspiration, and more confidence in planning their careers. They can compare academic knowledge with industry realities and understand employers’ expectations. Our specialists, in turn, gain fresh perspectives and motivation from these interactions – comments Monika Tyczyńska-Płaczek, Senior Regional Recruitment Manager from Sii Poznań.
Students consistently highlight how valuable it is to meet with industry professionals. They’re eager to learn from our experience, and our specialists appreciate the energy and engagement they bring – says Agata Micał, Regional Recruitment Manager from Sii Lublin.
Future plans – more zones, more opportunities
In the coming months, Sii Poland plans to further expand the initiative by opening new coworking zones and organizing regular educational and recruitment workshops. The goal is for these spaces to become dynamic elements of university life – hubs of inspiration, knowledge exchange, and relationship-building that last well beyond graduation.
Sii Poland encourages students to make full use of these spaces, participate in events, and get to know the company up close. For Sii, building partnerships is a process rooted in shared goals, and a desire to create something truly valuable.
