Sii supports #ProjektPomagam
#ProjektPomagam (I Help Project) is 30 women, 15 amazing photos and 1 album. The total income from this charity project will be given to the beneficiaries of the Dar Szpiku Foundation – children from the Karol Jonscher Clinical Hospital in Poznań. This year also Sii, the leader of IT and industrial engineering in Poland was involved in this initiative. Natalia Buczel, Director of Sii Poznań, had the pleasure of taking part in the creation of the album.
This year the campaign was aimed at supporting the activities of the Dar Szpiku Foundation [The gift of bone marrow], through the release of the unique Business & Prestige Excellence album. Women who are engaged in this project are top business and show business leaders. They unite to show their strength and determination in helping sick children. Natalia Buczel, Director of Sii Poznań, appeared on one of the pages of the album with singer Halina Mlynkowa.
The Dar Szpiku Foundation is an initiative from Poznań. Although it is known throughout Poland, this local element makes us proud and we support it as Sii. Spreading the initiative of blood gathering and being a bone marrow donor is an important topic, but also close to my heart due to my family and numerous cancer cases. It is worth helping and spreading the word about such great initiatives! – adds Natalia Buczel, Director of Sii Poznań.
The project fits well into CSR related activities of Sii. Sii Power Volunteers, that is people who are involved in voluntary activities, strongly encouraged the Director of the Branch to participate in this initiative. Sii also works for local projects which are directly connected with employees. They often take part in events organized by the Marrow Team – for example in marathons.
The Business & Prestige Excellence album is about beautiful stories captured by photographers Justyna and Jerzy Dudek. The album was created for a noble purpose – to help others. Women, although seemingly delicate and fragile, have a lot of strength in themselves and they want to share it with the Dar Szpiku Foundation.
