Sii Sweden grows despite a demanding Nordic market: key priorities for future development

2025 was a challenging year for many companies in the Nordic market. Budget cuts, longer decision processes, and delayed projects became common. Despite this, Sii Sweden has expanded its key offerings, and strengthened long-term customer relationships.
During the year, Sii Sweden focused on industries where quality, compliance, and reliability matter most. Healthcare and financial services remained the largest parts of Sii Sweden’s portfolio. With demand growing, the company also concentrated on the development of Atlassian and Tricentis offerings.
2025 was a tough year for the market. Many of our customers faced budget cuts, paused initiatives, or delayed strategic decisions, – says Miguel Vergara, Regional Director at Sii Sweden. – What enables our continued growth is our one-stop shop offering, supported by specialists covering even niche competencies, ISO-certified delivery, competitive pricing, and long-term partnerships with global technology leaders. We can assemble a team from scratch within weeks, backed by strong nearshore capacity from Sii Poland – he adds.
Sii Sweden’s expertise and experience are demonstrated through longstanding cooperation with Nordic leaders, such as ABB, Alstom, Assa Abloy, Georg Fischer, WS Audiology, and GE Healthcare. This demonstrates that trust is earned through consistent, reliable delivery over time.
To further support future growth, the local sales team also expanded. Alexander Björklund and Kevin Lagos Flores joined as Account Development Managers, and the company is currently recruiting an Atlassian Account Development Manager in Stockholm to strengthen its expanding Enterprise Platforms offering.
Proven delivery in regulated healthcare projects
Healthcare was one of Sii Sweden’s most important growth areas in 2025. The company signed framework agreements with global MedTech organizations. One of them was a Sweden‑based technology group delivering hospital‑critical solutions for intensive care units, surgical environments, and medical equipment.
We support a range of healthcare projects with cross‑functional teams covering, for example, Salesforce engineering, Microsoft solutions enhancement, SAP system validation, specialized testing services, as well as backend and frontend software development, – comments Miguel Vergara.

Helping clients work smarter with Atlassian and Tricentis
In 2025, Sii Sweden accelerated its Atlassian offering, delivering Jira and Confluence implementations, workflow automation, integrations, and governance models for enterprise customers. The team also attended Atlassian Team ’25 Europe in Barcelona.
The event clearly showed that Atlassian is moving toward smarter collaboration with more built-in AI, stronger analytics, and deeper integrations across tools. Customers are looking for simpler setups, better visibility, and automation that supports real business processes. That fits well with what we already deliver in the Nordic market, – says Jimi Wikman, Atlassian Architect at Sii Sweden.
The previous year was also a breakthrough year for Sii Sweden’s Tricentis services. With Omkar Akella involvement, a Senior QA and Test Automation Architect specializing in Tosca and Testim, Sii Sweden supported a global brewing and beverage leader in building a scalable automation framework – later showcased on stage during an official Tricentis event. Meanwhile, in another project, the company helped customers reduce risk during SAP S/4HANA transformations. The highlight in 2025 – and a strong confirmation of Sii specialists’ expertise – was that the company was once again recognized as Tricentis Partner of the Year for the Central Europe & Alps region.
