Great Place to Work for the third time in a row!
For the third time in a row Sii got awarded with the prestigious title of Great Place to Work. In this year’s edition of the competition, the company proved that it has a recipe for business growth – it includes the combination of the Clients’ satisfaction and care for the development of its Power People. Sii puts its motto, Passion for Technology, Passion for Fun, into practice. This slogan accompanies the team of almost 3,000 specialists who execute projects for Clients all over the world.
The Great Place to Work Institute has selected the best employers in Poland for the ninth time. It was the third edition in the row, in which the leading position of Sii among IT companies in Poland was recognised. The distinction in the Great Place to Work competition is of a special value, since its results are based on an audit of Workers’ satisfaction and an analysis of external experts. According to the organisers, the awarded companies give guidance to others employers, by showing them the possibility of achieving objectives with the trust and support of the team.

According to the world standard of the Great Place to Work research, the final evaluation of the companies participating in the project consists of two aspects: the trust index that reflects the opinions of the Workers about the relationships in the company, and an audit of the organisational culture — an analysis of HR practices. Joanna Kucharska, Head of the HR and Communication Department at Sii Poland draws attention to the strong connection between the quality of the HR departments and the comfort and satisfaction of Power People.
– It is a distinction given by our Workers. The results tell us what changes we should introduce at Sii and they allow us to learn more about the needs of the team. Once every audit is completed, we draw conclusions and implement the changes that affect the everyday work of our specialists. Thanks to, among others, a stable growth and its care for development of its specialists, Sii can boast of the high employment rates and dynamic growth. Around 3,000 specialists are currently employed at Sii. By 2018, the number should increase to 3,300 people.
