GPT Prompt Engineering

Course objectives

After completing the Prompt Engineering course:

• You will create pertinent queries for generative models (including GPT chat, Copilot, Gemini) that will make your daily work easier and faster.
• You will learn to change the behavior of the GPT chatbot – assign it roles, change narratives or “moods” thus adapting the content generated by this virtual assistant to your needs.
• You will gain the knowledge to delegate tasks to the GPT chat such as generating texts on a specific topic, translating texts or creating summaries of emails, articles, etc.
• You will learn how to work with GPT Chat so that it can create a coherent long text, such as a scientific text, a response to an extended offer (a multi-page document received from a supplier) or generate a continuation of a book by your favorite author.

Additionally, you will receive two extremely useful tools:

• Access to a site that will allow you to use GPT’s paid chat models at a cheaper, non-subscription rate;
• An application that allows you to formulate GPT chat queries from the operating system (without having to launch a browser), which will make creating text summaries, translations, etc. even more intuitive, simple and fast.

In summary – the aim of the course is to acquire the competence and obtain the tools necessary for optimal use of generative models (mainly GPT Chat) in everyday work.
