If you’re an Azure administrator who wants to expand your knowledge of network services, this training will help you gain advanced skills crucial for designing and managing hybrid and virtual networks in the cloud. You will learn how to secure and monitor networks, manage traffic, and provide private access to Azure services. This will enable you to create and maintain secure and efficient solutions, and the AZ-700 certification will confirm your skills in the global market.
The training prepares you to obtain the globally recognized AZ-700: Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions certificate.
This course is intended for Azure administrators who want to expand their knowledge of network services. It’s recommended to have 12 months of experience and an Azure Administrator certificate.
Module 0: Course Introduction
This module provides a high-level introduction to the course.
Module 01: Introduction to Azure Virtual Networks
How to design and implement fundamental Azure Networking resources such as virtual networks, public and private IPs, DNS, virtual network peering, routing, and Azure Virtual NAT.
Module 02: Design and implement Hybrid Networking
How to design and implement hybrid networking solutions such as Site-to Site VPN connections, Point-to-Site VPN connections, Azure Virtual WAN and Virtual WAN hubs.
Module 03: Design and implement Azure ExpressRoute
How to design and implement Azure ExpressRoute, ExpressRoute Global Reach, ExpressRoute FastPath and ExpressRoute Peering options.
Module 04: Load balance non-HTTP(S) traffic in Azure
How to design and implement LB solutions for non-HTTP(S) traffic in Azure with Azure Load balancer and Traffic Manager.
Module 05: Load balance HTTP(S) traffic in Azure
How to design and implement LB solutions for HTTP(S) traffic in Azure with Azure Application gateway and Azure Front Door.
Module 06: Design and implement Network security
Design and imponent network security solutions such as Azure DDoS, Azure Firewalls, Network Security Groups, and Web Application Firewall. Secure your virtual networks with Azure Security Benchmark
Module 07: Design and implement private access to Azure
Design and implement private access to Azure Services with Azure Private Endpoints and Service Endpoints.
