Day 1: Foundations, Quality, and Introduction to Machine Learning
- Chapter 1: Introduction to AI (Generative AI, regulations, key differences)
- Chapter 2: Quality Characteristics (ISO 25059, acceptance criteria)
- Chapter 3 (Part 1): Introduction to Machine Learning, ML workflow, neural networks
Day 2: Advanced Machine Learning and Testing Strategies
- Chapter 3 (Part 2): Completing the ML fundamentals (confusion matrix, performance metrics, training data)
- Chapter 4: Testing AI Systems (challenges, GenAI/LLM testing, Red Teaming)
- Chapter 7: ML Development Testing (covered slightly earlier, as it provides a natural conclusion to testing strategies before moving into data-specific details)
Day 3: Data, Models, and Advanced Techniques
- Chapter 5: Testing Input Data for Machine Learning Systems (bias, data pipelines)
- Chapter 6: Testing ML Models (metamorphic testing, adversarial attacks, overfitting and underfitting)
