I deal with the integration of systems and applications. Together with my team, I advise clients on the choice of technology, design architectures, and implement integration solutions that implement key business processes. Thanks to many years of experience, I create dedicated software where existing products meet the needs of customers. I find peace and happiness in the mountains, cycling, communing with the sounds of the guitar and spending time with my children.

I’m responsible for the software development process, from pre-sales to delivery, including workload estimation, framework and tool selection, team set-up, implementation, testing, and some DevOps.

Exploring infrastructure – roads, railways, and dedicated cycling infrastructure – and tabletop games is what keeps me busy after hours.

As a lead, I support development teams at Sii. I turn initial concepts into working, stable solutions that generate low maintenance costs for many years. I achieve my job goals thanks to through thorough analysis, precise planning and simple manufacturing principles – this is my key to success. Privately, I am a fan of filming, 3D animation and small garden architecture.

At Sii, I coordinate the process of solutions’ delivery to the Clients. I support our teams and take care of their productivity. On everyday basis I work with several Scrum teams, including also in scaled Agile, using e.g. the SAFe framework. My teams realize projects in various technologies and areas – we use .NET, React, Flutter, and many others. In my free time, I really like to bake cakes (and share them with others!) and spend time with my sons.
