We are looking for a Regular Business Transformation Project Manager to support a Logistics & Supply Chain transformation initiative focused on improving component delivery to IQOS manufacturing sites. The project involves assessing current supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Key activities include process diagnostics, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process mapping, and driving Lean and Six Sigma-based continuous improvement initiatives.
The role will also involve designing future-state processes, developing transformation roadmaps, and supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives. The Project Manager will lead stakeholder workshops, facilitate decision-making sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive process redesign and transformation. The overall objective is to establish efficient, reliable, and scalable supply chain processes that support business objectives and improve operational performance.

Poszukujemy Regular Business Transformation Project Managera, który wesprze inicjatywę transformacji Logistyki i Łańcucha Dostaw, skoncentrowaną na poprawie dostaw komponentów do zakładów produkcyjnych IQOS. Projekt obejmuje ocenę obecnych procesów łańcucha dostaw, identyfikację nieefektywności i wąskich gardeł, przeprowadzanie analizy przyczyn źródłowych oraz identyfikację możliwości poprawy efektywności operacyjnej, niezawodności i skalowalności. Kluczowe działania obejmują diagnostykę procesów, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), mapowanie procesów oraz wdrażanie inicjatyw ciągłego doskonalenia opartych na Lean i Six Sigma.
Rola ta będzie również obejmować projektowanie procesów docelowych, opracowywanie map transformacji oraz wspieranie wdrożenia inicjatyw poprawy. Project Manager będzie prowadził warsztaty z interesariuszami, facylitował sesje decyzyjne oraz współpracował z zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi i senior stakeholderami w celu wprowadzenia redesignu i transformacji procesów. Ogólnym celem jest ustanowienie efektywnych, niezawodnych i skalowalnych procesów łańcucha dostaw, które wspierają cele biznesowe i poprawiają wyniki operacyjne.
