The training must be purposeful – meaning it must genuinely increase your chances of employment. At Sii, we will help you choose a course that best fits current IT labor market trends.
The amount of the voucher is determined by the PUP (usually it is an amount around 100% of the average salary). If the cost of the training exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference is typically covered by the participant.
You can obtain funding for almost any market training, provided it meets specific formal and purpose-driven conditions. New regulations place tremendous emphasis on the development of digital competencies:
Sii Poland (Sii Sp. z o.o.) is officially registered in the Development Services Database (BUR) as a certified Service Provider. Thanks to our active presence in BUR, public funding can be obtained for training organized by Sii Poland (including IT, engineering, Agile/Scrum project management, ISTQB, PRINCE2, or AI technologies) and completed using labor office funds.
