Sii Polska helps shape the Resilience 2030 initiative within the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster

Sii Poland has joined the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster, one of the leading collaboration ecosystems for companies operating in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. By becoming a cluster member, Sii can work even closer to the industry’s real needs and support organizations in building greater business resilience.
The Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster is much more than a knowledge-sharing platform. It is a collaborative ecosystem where businesses, technology partners, and industry experts work together to test, develop, and implement solutions addressing today’s manufacturing challenges—from digital transformation and process optimization to the practical adoption of artificial intelligence.

Resilience 2030 – turning transformation into practical implementation
One of Sii’s key areas of involvement within the cluster is the Resilience 2030 initiative, co-funded by the European Union. The initiative aims to help organizations strengthen business resilience in a rapidly changing market while making effective use of modern technologies.
As part of the initiative, Sii experts focus on two areas that are particularly relevant for manufacturing companies: improving project management and supporting the practical adoption of artificial intelligence. This includes helping organizations leverage Microsoft Project Planner and Project Plan to streamline project planning and execution, as well as supporting the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot.
Sharing practical knowledge is another important element of the initiative. Sii experts are preparing educational content and hands-on video tutorials demonstrating how Microsoft tools can be applied in real business scenarios. These resources will help organizations unlock the full potential of these tools for project planning, team collaboration, and everyday process automation.
