The client was looking for high-quality first- and second-line support services for the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. Also, there was a need to set up all processes and development environments for CI/CD.What we did
- Identified and verified errors
- Supported the requests which were not errors
- Supported the system and database administrators
- Analyzed root causes and verified errors and various issues concerning the system’s behavior
- Fixed or bypassed the identified issues
- Created a requirements analysis for change requests
- Set up the CI/CD environment
