The challenge

The client was looking for high-quality first- and second-line support services for the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. Also, there was a need to set up all processes and development environments for CI/CD.

What we did

  • Identified and verified errors
  • Supported the requests which were not errors
  • Supported the system and database administrators
  • Analyzed root causes and verified errors and various issues concerning the system’s behavior
  • Fixed or bypassed the identified issues
  • Created a requirements analysis for change requests
  • Set up the CI/CD environment
