Why to take this course

If you already have a basic knowledge of AgilePM® Foundation and want to practically apply the DSDM methodology in agile project management, this training is for you. You will learn how to effectively use products, deliver on time, and manage risk and quality in agile projects. You will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to manage Agile projects and prepare for the accredited AgilePM® Practitioner exam.
