Unfortunately not. To take care of your personal data, as well as your friend’s data, you need to use a dedicated form on our website. Thanks to this form you can be sure your data are processed in accordance with GDPR rules.

The first part of the bonus will be granted after your friend completes the first month of employment at Sii. You’ll be contacted by our HR Operations Department to sign a civil contract with us. Then, after the third month of your friend’s work, you’ll receive the second part of the bonus.

It depends on your friend’s job position and seniority after hiring them to Sii. The bigger professional experience your friend has, the bigger bonus you receive. For senior positions, you can get up to 8 000 PLN! Check all the details in the recommendations program Terms and conditions.

Right after you send the recommendation, you and your friend will be contacted by our Recruitment Team. You will receive information if your recommendation is accepted and later on, updates on your friend’s recruitment process to our open positions.
