The challenge
The client needed to standardize and accelerate processes related to construction project delivery. The improvements regarded project management, controlling, accounting, and reporting.
What we did
- Analyzed processes for the entire construction group (12 companies).
- Designed and implemented Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (Projects, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing).
- Migrated data from legacy systems.
