The challenge
The client required an accessible and user-friendly online workshop presentation aimed at educating employees about various Microsoft 365 tools, such as MS Teams. The primary project objectives were to enhance efficiency and productivity while maximizing the utilization of purchased licenses.
What we did
- Prepared professional recordings and online workshops to introduce all employees to the basic functionalities of M365 tools
- Held a separate series of webinars for the management staff
- Introduced employees and management to the practical side of M365 applications, such as effective teamwork, electronic documents workflow, task assignment and monitoring
