With Workers representing 40+ cultures, we offer practical support in many areas, from daily communication to relocation, and promote cultural understanding to make everyone feel included. Our assistance covers:

– Dedicated Foreigners Support team

– Bilingual corporate communication

– Relocation support for Workers and their families

– Polish language courses

Power Umbrella

Power Umbrella program guarantees support and understanding for LGBTQ+ Workers to make them feel safe and welcome, regardless of their gender expression. We ensure:

–  Adjusting HR processes to enable Workers use their chosen name

–  Respect for every Worker’s gender identity

–  Discrimination-free hiring process

–  Participation in Pride Parade

Power Women

The Sii Power Women community was established to support their development, assist them in achieving their goals, and promote women in various roles in the tech world. The goals of the program and community are:

–  Promoting women involvement in IT

–  Boosting women’s self-esteem

–  Sharing joint passions

Power Mum & Power Dad

Power Mum is an initiative dedicated to supporting women at Sii who are balancing motherhood with their professional roles. The program covers:

– Assisting parents in HR matters before, during, and after maternity leave
– Support of the Sii team and Power Mums & Power Dads
– Participation in initiatives and events for parents and children
– Smooth re-onboarding process after maternity leave
– Flexible approach to working hours
– Special gifts a new mom & new dad, a newborn, or an adopted child

Power Kids

To make it easier to combine career and childcare, we created a dedicated program that supports Workers and their families, integrates them, and realizes our strategic goal – fun. Power Kids helps children explore their interests and passions and get to know the IT industry. We organize:
– Flexible work schedules for parents
– Activities and camps during school breaks
– IT workshops and sports programs for kids
– Child-friendly spaces in the office
– Family events for everyone

 

Passion Sponsorship Program

PLN 1 000 000 to develop Workers' passions and volunteering

The Passion Sponsorship Program offers Workers the chance to pursue interests in innovative technologies, hobbies, and sports while connecting with other Power People. It is open to all Workers, supporting diverse passions and providing rich development opportunities.
