The Embedded Competency Center is an organizational unit of Sii, that brings together over 500 specialists in the field of embedded systems/electronics.

Currently, we are looking for a System Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will work for one of our clients in the Automotive industry.

Join us and work while learning and developing yourself on projects that impact our communities and society!

Your tasks

  • Creating technical documentation compatible with E&S standards
  • Analyzing customer requirements and technical specifications
  • Defining parameters and functionality of product according to customer requirements
  • Maintaining documentation for electronic prototypes
  • Researching market available technical innovations according to applying in Delphi products
  • Supporting vehicle and bench test execution (when required)
  • Cooperating with software and test engineers
  • Participating in systems reviews, project meetings, technical innovations, and organization programs
  • Keeping contact with customers regarding the project
  • Performing tasks following E&S quality standards and schedules
  • Caring for good company image in front of customers and co-operator companies
  • Developing professional qualifications

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related
  • Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement basis
  • Familiarity with the application of micro-controllers and SW programming
  • Good English knowledge
  • Team oriented
  • Honesty in relation to company, clients, and co-operators
  • Strong familiarity with the MS Office
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to travel once a month to the Cracow office
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Experience in the automotive industry

  • Tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej zgodnej ze standardami E&S
  • Analiza wymagań klienta i specyfikacji technicznych
  • Definiowanie parametrów i funkcjonalności produktu zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji dla prototypów elektronicznych
  • Badanie dostępnych na rynku innowacji technicznych pod kątem zastosowania w produktach Delphi
  • Wspieranie wykonywania testów pojazdów i testów stanowiskowych (w razie potrzeby)
  • Współpraca z inżynierami oprogramowania i testów
  • Udział w przeglądach systemów, spotkaniach projektowych, innowacjach technicznych i programach organizacyjnych
  • Utrzymywanie kontaktu z klientami w sprawie projektu
  • Wykonywanie zadań zgodnie ze standardami jakości i harmonogramami E&S
  • Dbanie o dobry wizerunek firmy przed klientami i firmami współpracującymi
  • Rozwijanie kwalifikacji zawodowych

Wymagania

  • 2-5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
  • Tytuł magistra elektroniki lub informatyki lub pokrewny
  • Znajomość elektroniki i podstaw pomiarów elektronicznych
  • Znajomość zastosowania mikrokontrolerów i programowania SW
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Zorientowanie na pracę zespołową
  • Uczciwość w stosunku do firmy, klientów i współpracowników
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • Metodyczne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów
  • Zdolność do podróżowania raz w miesiącu do biura w Krakowie
  • Robocza znajomość branży motoryzacyjnej
  • Doświadczenie w branży motoryzacyjnej
