Are you comfortable in conversations with business clients, able to identify their needs and effectively translate them into solutions supporting organizational transformation? Join us!

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Business Services Competence Center at Sii Poland, responsible for developing sales of services related to business process analysis, optimization, and automation. This role focuses on actively acquiring clients, building business relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your tasks

Active acquisition of new clients and development of business relationships in the Polish and international markets
Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline
Promoting and selling Business Services
Analyzing and mapping business processes
Optimizing operational processes
Automating business processes (RPA, workflow automation)
Digitizing and transforming processes
Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and handling client inquiries
Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events (conferences, workshops, webinars)
Supporting business development through participation in presales processes and close cooperation with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts
Monitoring market trends related to automation, digital transformation, and business process improvement
Acting in accordance with Sii’s mission, business goals, and core values

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Very good command of English enabling cooperation with international clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prepare offers and business presentations
Dynamic, independent personality with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
Proactivity, can-do attitude, and natural ease in building positive business relationships
Fluent in Polish
Residence in Poland

Nice to have

Previous experience in selling services related to business process analysis, process automation, digital transformation, or business consulting
Knowledge of RPA, BPM, and workflow automation solutions
Expertise in business process optimization
Experience working with clients implementing transformation and digitization initiatives

Do Centrum Kompetencyjnego Business Services w Sii Polska poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Business Development Manager, która będzie odpowiedzialna za rozwój sprzedaży usług związanych z analizą, optymalizacją i automatyzacją procesów biznesowych. To rola skoncentrowana na aktywnym pozyskiwaniu klientów, budowaniu relacji biznesowych oraz realizacji ambitnych celów sprzedażowych.

Twoje zadania

Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów oraz rozwijanie relacji biznesowych na rynku polskim i międzynarodowym
Generowanie leadów sprzedażowych oraz rozwijanie pipeline’u sprzedaży
Promowanie i sprzedaż usług Business Services
Analiza i mapowanie procesów biznesowych
Optymalizacja procesów operacyjnych
Automatyzacja procesów biznesowych (RPA, workflow automation)
Digitalizacja i transformacja procesów
Przygotowywanie ofert handlowych, prowadzenie negocjacji, finalizacja kontraktów oraz bieżąca obsługa zapytań klientów
Współpraca z działem marketingu przy realizacji inicjatyw sprzedażowych i wydarzeń biznesowych (konferencje, warsztaty, webinary)
Wspieranie rozwoju biznesu poprzez udział w procesach przedsprzedażowych oraz ścisłą współpracę z zespołami delivery i ekspertami CC Business Services
Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych związanych z automatyzacją, transformacją cyfrową i doskonaleniem procesów biznesowych
Działanie zgodnie z misją, celami biznesowymi oraz kluczowymi wartościami Sii

Wymagania

Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży usług B2B na stanowisku Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca współpracę z klientami międzynarodowymi
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz negocjacyjne
Umiejętność przygotowywania ofert oraz prezentacji biznesowych
Dynamiczna, samodzielna osobowość z silnym nastawieniem na realizację celów sprzedażowych
Proaktywność, „can-do attitude” oraz naturalna łatwość w budowaniu pozytywnych relacji biznesowych
Biegła znajomość języka polskiego
Miejsce zamieszkania w Polsce

Mile widziane

Wcześniejsza praca w sprzedaży usług związanych z analizą procesów biznesowych, automatyzacją procesów, transformacją cyfrową lub konsultingiem biznesowym
Znajomość rozwiązań klasy RPA, BPM, workflow automation
Wiedza z zakresu optymalizacji procesów biznesowych
Doświadczenie we współpracy z klientami realizującymi inicjatywy transformacyjne i digitalizacyjne
