We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to join a significant SAP rollout project spanning 11 countries across Europe and Africa. In this role, you will coordinate activities between business teams, IT, and the implementation partner, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. You will act as a guide for both technical teams and business stakeholders, proposing solutions and implementation steps that enhance Sales, Project Execution, Service, and Logistics processes. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to an impactful project from anywhere in the supported countries. Your tasks

Coordinating rollout activities across multiple countries and teams to ensure successful implementation
Acting as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication and understanding
Proposing improvements and solutions that align with business needs and technical capabilities
Guiding teams through implementation steps and best practices for SAP modules including Sales, Project Execution, Service, and Logistics
Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP HANA and international rollouts
Deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP Logistics modules
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
Experience in coordinating activities across diverse teams and countries in a multinational environment

Nice to have

Familiarity with SAP Project Execution and Service modules
Experience in working with Siemens IT or similar organizations

Koordynowanie działań wdrożeniowych w wielu krajach i zespołach w celu zapewnienia pomyślnej realizacji
Działanie jako łącznik między interesariuszami biznesowymi a zespołami technicznymi w celu ułatwienia komunikacji i zrozumienia
Proponowanie ulepszeń i rozwiązań, które są zgodne z potrzebami biznesowymi i możliwościami technicznymi
Wprowadzanie zespołów w etapy wdrożenia i najlepsze praktyki dla modułów SAP, w tym Sprzedaż, Realizacja Projektów, Usługi i Logistyka
Zarządzanie relacjami z interesariuszami w celu zapewnienia zgodności i satysfakcji przez cały cykl życia projektu

Wymagania

Minimum 10-letnie doświadczenie w konsultingu SAP, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem SAP HANA i międzynarodowych wdrożeń
Dogłębna wiedza w zakresie modułów SAP Sprzedaż i Dystrybucja oraz SAP Logistyka
Silne umiejętności zarządzania interesariuszami oraz zdolność do efektywnej komunikacji w języku angielskim
Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu działań w różnych zespołach i krajach w środowisku międzynarodowym

Mile widziane

Znajomość modułów SAP Realizacja Projektów i Usługi
Doświadczenie w pracy z IT Siemensa lub podobnymi organizacjami
