AgilePM® Foundation

Training at the Foundation level provides participants with knowledge and basic skills related to working in agile projects based on the DSDM Atern methodology, which is the basis for AgilePM®.

Understanding the specifics of work in projects and cognition and understanding the main issues involved with agile project management
Acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for work in agile projects
Preparation for the accredited AgilePM® Foundation exam

Prerequisites

Recommended but not crucial is to have experience in work in projects (not necessarily in IT area)

Audience

All people involved in projects (regardless of the industry and topics) and acting as project managers, members of project teams, persons supervising the project and other project stakeholders
