Why take this course

If you already have a general knowledge of business analysis and want to expand it to become an advanced Business Analyst, this training is for you. You’ll learn advanced techniques for eliciting and documenting requirements, modeling business processes, and using UML diagrams. You’ll gain comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge that will prepare you to work at a higher level.

  • You’ll gain skills in analyzing business needs, KPIs, Business Cases, MVPs, and the Product Roadmap.

This course is for Business Analysts, System Analysts, Requirements Engineers, and other individuals who co-create IT project specifications. It is also for people who already have a general knowledge and want to consolidate and expand it.
