You will learn about the DISC D3 tool, which allows you to understand not only behavioral styles but also team roles, values, and internal motivations. Thanks to this, you will learn how to collaborate more effectively, build trust, and create an environment where people are more willing to engage in shared goals.

Certificate and exam

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate confirming your participation in the DISC D3 training.

The training does not require passing a certification exam.

Depending on the selected training variant, you can receive an individual DISC D3 report presenting your behavioral style, team roles, values, and internal motivations.

  • Implementing assessment results in a leader’s daily work

  • Developing an individual action plan
