Getting to know Jira tool from the process and project administration perspective, learning best practices, tips and business role.


Participants will learn and understand:

  • Tool design and functionalities, available options
  • Basics of personal configuration
  • Tool nomenclature
  • How to identify roles and assign them to function in the task
  • How to supervise the process and support it at various stages

Participants will be able to:

  • Verify text in Confluence and manage access
  • Effectively manage Jira tasks within the process
  • Reassign the task for continuation/acceptance to the selected person

  • Propose and maintain a high quality standard of data in the organization thanks to Jira

    • Reporting (time and status)
  • Process and training division of users: End User, Business Administrator, System Administrator
    • Available Jira projects
    • Roles and Permissions
  • The process from the perspective of a Business Administrator, supervision and support of the process for individual end users: Author, Reviewers, Acceptors.
  • Complex diagrams:
    • Workflow
    • Notifications – cooperation, motivation and supervision
  • Data security and visibility
    • Available security levels – change permissions
  • Support in managing applications
  • Adapting requests to business needs
    • Collecting data in Jira
  • Tips & tricks: working with large amounts of data, export / import, JQL – advanced search

People who do not have knowledge about JIRA or want to deepen it for the full use of available business solutions.
