• Main Lean topics (e.g., value stream, customer value, flow, pull, perfection).
• Lean IT® from different perspectives: customer, process, performance, organization, attitude, and behavior.
• Diagnosing and taking action to improve processes (value stream mapping).
• Identifying and reducing waste.
• Applying the KAIZEN approach to problem-solving.
• Applying the DMAIC cycle to implement improvement actions.
• Identifying the attitudes and behaviors essential for implementing the Lean philosophy in an IT organization.
• Practice exam and exam (optional).

Prerequisites

Recommended but not crucial is to have experience in IT services area and work with client/user.
