During the training, you will learn how to use Microsoft Copilot safely and practically in everyday HR work—from analyzing documents, surveys, and CVs, through creating materials and communications, to drawing conclusions from data and streamlining repetitive tasks.

Recommended prerequisites:

  • Basic familiarity with using a computer, a web browser, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Access to a corporate Microsoft 365 account.
  • Access to Microsoft Copilot within a corporate account.

Certificate and assessment

After completing the training, you will receive a personalized certificate confirming your skills in using Microsoft 365 Copilot. There is no final exam – active participation in the sessions is enough.

2. Foundations of effective work with AI

  • How to work with AI to get relevant answers quickly.

  • How to assess the quality of AI responses, correct errors, and avoid overinterpretation.

3. Workshop: Copilot and AI in everyday HR work

  • Creating announcements and responses to questions from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing notes, follow-ups, task lists, and decisions after meetings.
  • Creating FAQs, checklists, informational materials, and editing longer texts.

4. Workshop: HR documents, data, and materials

  • Analyzing, summarizing, and comparing documents.
  • Searching for information and analyzing surveys, reports, and HR data, including in Excel.
  • Preparing presentations, training materials, and summaries for stakeholders.

5. Workshop: AI in employee development and HR planning

  • Organizing development needs and creating initial onboarding and training plans.
  • Preparing materials that support managers and planning HR initiatives.
  • Identifying areas where AI can reduce the HR workload and planning its implementation.

6. Security, responsible AI use, and summary

  • Working safely with personal and confidential HR data.
  • Risks related to AI, including deepfakes, incorrect recommendations, as well as copyright and licensing issues.
  • Rules for verifying AI responses and quality control of materials.
