At Sii, he gains exposure to automation, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic fields. He programs Siemens controllers daily. After hours, he enjoys reading books, watching movies, and going for long walks.

At Sii, Marlena programs industrial robots as a part of automated production lines for leading automotive companies. She is responsible for ensuring the configuration and parameterization of the safety system as well as for optimizing the path of robotic tools movement. She also helps clients support on-site production processes. In her private life, she fulfills herself as a mother. In her free time, she loves reading books and practicing yoga.

Kamil has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, he has been involved in manufacturing vehicle components, machine design, and team management. Currently, he is the Team Leader of an engineering team specializing in machine design and production automation. Kamil's passion is traveling around the world.

With five years of experience as a Senior Control Systems Engineer at Sii, Paweł now leads a team of engineers. Together, they execute projects for major automotive and logistics companies. He manages technical matters and client interactions. Outside of work, he enjoys being a young dad.

On a day-to-day basis, Patrycja handles purchasing and establishing business terms for machine parts and steel structures. She collaborates with service and rental cooperators for engineering projects. In her private life, she enjoys reading crime novels, gardening, and attending dance training when time permits.

Marcin has been a mechanical design engineer for 6 years. In his work, he designs assembly line stations—automatic, robotic, and manual—for the automotive sector, focusing mainly on engines and suspension systems. He primarily works with NX and Solidworks, and he is also responsible for creating pneumatic plans. In addition to his work at SII, Marcin teaches classes at the local university. In his free time, he enjoys strolling with his daughter and two dogs, and playing volleyball.

"Beniamin is an electrical designer with many years of experience, currently working in the railway industry. In his current project, he is responsible for designing and implementing hardware for control and safety systems in rail vehicles. He also has experience in electrical design for the automotive, yacht, and construction industries. Beniamin uses various software tools in his work, including AutoCAD, EPlan, E3s, and SolidWorks. He places great importance on staying up to date with industry standards and tracking the latest trends. In his free time, he enjoys working on embedded projects and sailing as a hobby.
