The Accounting Department in Sii is a team of 25 specialists who are full of passion and engagement. We are now setting up our operations in Ukraine and therefore we are looking for a Chief Accountant to join us in Odessa, to build a team of accountants there. The dynamic development of Sii means the possibility of continuous growth of our knowledge within the scope of accounting.

• Accounting and tax accounting for the Limited Liability Company (LLC) on the general taxation system
• Preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
• Posting of documents and supervisions over fixed assets
• Preparing employee payroll data
• Financial forecasting
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Work in the Client-Bank system, interaction with the bank on emerging service issues
• Examining expenses submitted by employees
• Direct cooperation with the main shareholder of the company
• Business travel expenses management (including the opening of corporate employee cards, preparing orders for business trips, preparing estimates of business trip expenses)

• Higher education (finance, economy, accounting)
• A minimum of 8 years of work in accounting, including min. 3 years as the Chief Accountant
• Fluent knowledge of accounting issues and tax regulations
• Ability to independently identify and solve problems and find optimal solutions
• Highly developed interpersonal and managerial skills
• Knowledge of the English language at a very good level
