We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Messaging Architect to join within the Group IT Digital Workplace department. As part of the Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical vision and roadmap of Messaging infrastructure technologies. You will work with the other architects to ensure that offered services meet internal customer needs.

• Design and build the service offering and the standard configurations aligned with the defined roadmap
• Evaluate technology industry and market trends determining the impact of technology changes on user experience
• Provide recommendations on Hardware and Software technologies to meet the business and technical objectives
• Ensure that the End-to-End Messaging infrastructure is secure, available, updated, recoverable, optimized, cost-effective, and scalable to support business growth
• Identify deficiencies in current designs and planned changes and recommend solutions to improve the performance, security, and usability
• Ensure all relevant Architecture documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Support the project teams in charge of the deployment of the service offering and its evolutions
• Collaborate with the Digital Workplace Service Management team and assist them and their partners during major incidents

• General 8-10 years of experience in the IT industry, with 5 years working in Microsoft 365 Messaging architecture design and implementation
• Deep Microsoft 365 product expertise with a clear understanding of Messaging solutions and strategies
• Excellent knowledge of Security module Defender for Office
• Experience in working with Exchange Online, email authentication standards, and Compliance Purview module
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and PowerShell modules, including REST and Graph API
• Familiarity with other 3rd party Secure Email Gateways is a plus
