Sii Sweden is seeking a Test Rig Development Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge test environments. On this project, you will be working for one of the leaders in the automotive industry. This role involves close collaboration with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable test facilities.

• Build and modify test rigs, including mechanical and electrical wiring, software, measurements and acquisitions, electronic control, and vehicle simulation
• Develop and automate test rig processes
• Implement data storage and evaluation tools
• Define and oversee the construction of test facilities and order necessary test equipment
• Collaborate with suppliers to define and develop test equipment
• Create tooling, instructions, and documentation to support test facility activities
• Understand customer needs to design meaningful test products and services

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in verification and building test rigs for safety-critical systems
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in using Vector Tools
• Understanding of electric schematics and electronic circuits
• Ability to understand sensor/actuator characteristics and simulate their output
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English
