We seek a highly skilled Azure Cloud Database Administrator who will help to administrate and run customers’ Azure and on-premise database environments, as they are in the process of moving more and more databases into Azure Cloud. In his role, DBA works closely with IT Infrastructure Admin Teams on one side and with BI Developers on the other side to ensure the healthy state of all databases.

• Act as coordinator for Global BI Team to different internal IT Departments
• Administrate Azure Cloud Database: Azure Synapse SQL Pool, SQL Managed Instance, and Azure SQL DB
• Administrate SQL Server 2019 Databases

• Very good skills in administration of Azure Cloud Databases, especially Synapse SQL Pools
• Excellent skills in SQL Server 2019 and related features
• Experience in administrating relational SQL DBs
• Understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure (vWAN, Azure Firewall, NSG, etc) and SQL Server Infrastructure (Storage, Network, VMs, Firewalls, Active Directory)
• Knowledge of administrating Repositories as well as working (fork, merge) with Code Repositories, ideally GitHub and Azure DevOps
