We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultant who combines business analysis, implementation expertise, and solution design capabilities. In this role, you will lead ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) initiatives across the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis to solution design, configuration, implementation, and stakeholder support. You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate risk and compliance requirements into effective solutions, ensuring that risk management processes and ServiceNow capabilities are aligned with business needs.

Your tasks

Gathering and analysing business requirements for ServiceNow IRM implementations
Translating risk management and GRC requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
Configuring and implementing ServiceNow IRM capabilities to support business risk processes
Evaluating ServiceNow data structures, record types, and relationships to ensure effective solution design
Implementing risk assessments, control effectiveness assessments, controls, issues, and risk registers
Advising business and technical stakeholders on implementation decisions, platform capabilities, and process improvements

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementation
Practical expertise in Risk Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including data structures, record types, and relationships
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration decisions, and solution designs
Knowledge of core IRM concepts, including inherent risk, individual risk assessments, control effectiveness assessments, controls, issues, and risk registers

Wdrażanie ocen ryzyka, ocen skuteczności kontroli, kontroli, problemów i rejestrów ryzyka
Doradzanie interesariuszom biznesowym i technicznym w kwestiach decyzji wdrożeniowych, możliwości platformy oraz usprawnień procesów

Wymagania

Co najmniej 3-letnie doświadczenie w wdrażaniu ServiceNow IRM (Zintegrowane Zarządzanie Ryzykiem)
Praktyczna wiedza w zakresie zarządzania ryzykiem oraz procesów związanych z zarządzaniem, ryzykiem i zgodnością (GRC)
Solidne zrozumienie modelu danych ServiceNow, w tym struktur danych, typów rekordów i relacji
Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na specyfikacje funkcjonalne, decyzje konfiguracyjne i projekty rozwiązań
Znajomość podstawowych pojęć IRM, w tym ryzyka inherentnego, indywidualnych ocen ryzyka, ocen skuteczności kontroli, kontroli, problemów i rejestrów ryzyka
Język angielski na poziomie B2
