We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our innovative team focused on AI-powered validation and data management for smart devices. In this role, you will design and develop automated testing frameworks using Python, ensuring high-quality software delivery for cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with global development teams and leverage the latest generative AI models to enhance testing processes. The position is based in Cambridge and requires working on-site. Your tasks
- Designing and developing LLM-powered validation and data management solutions in Python
- Building AI agents based on Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Integrating and operating foundation models using AWS Bedrock
- Working with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and guardrails to build reliable AI automation
- Developing high-performance Web Services, APIs, Microservices, Micro-Frontends, and SDKs
- Applying software design patterns, reusable components, and efficient coding practices
- Delivering high-quality software within demanding project timelines
- Collaborating with global development teams to ensure successful software delivery
- Sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent software development experience
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience gained outside of internships
- Good programming skills in Python
- Experience or practical exposure to Large Language Models, Generative AI, or Machine Learning systems
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar model-serving and AI agent frameworks
- Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an international development environment

Wymagania
