We’ve just wrapped up another edition of Open Days – an event that once again brought students and tech enthusiasts to Sii Poland offices across the country. The days were filled with inspiring meetings, hands-on knowledge sharing, and meaningful conversations. But that’s not the end – the Summer Talent Academy is just around the corner! 

Open Days: more than just Open Doors 

Open Days go far beyond presentations and lectures. At the heart of the event there is direct interaction with professionals, getting a real feel for Sii’s work culture, and the chance to ask those burning questions. Many participants shared that these conversations helped solidify their decision to pursue a career in IT. 

Firsthand knowledge from industry experts 

This year, over 200 participants visited Sii offices in eight cities across Poland. Attendees had the opportunity to talk directly with our experts, explore the projects we’re working on, and get an inside look at what it’s really like to work in IT, engineering, and business services. 

During a consultation with the Recruitment team, participants learned which skills are currently in high demand and how to make a great impression during job interviews. One-on-one consultations with Sii specialists were especially popular – offering tailored advice on CVs, career paths, and development strategies. 

Inspiring conversations 

Sii Team ensured everyone felt comfortable and left the event enriched – with both practical knowledge and positive memories. The agenda was diverse: in addition to the expert talks and workshops, there were plenty of opportunities to connect over pizza and informal networking. 

Once again, the Open Days events received excellent feedback in post-event surveys – especially for the atmosphere and communication. Attendees appreciated the opportunity to talk with our team members, take part in interactive sessions, and explore Sii offices firsthand.

Coming soon: The Summer Talent Academy 

Sii is preparing for the launch of the Summer Talent Academy – an internship program designed for students and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience alongside our experts. Over the course of several weeks, participants will work on real-life projects, grow their skills, and learn more about the industry from the inside. 

For many, this is a chance to kick off a career in an environment built for learning – with strong mentor support and a welcoming atmosphere at one of Poland’s largest IT companies.
