Sii Poland, a ten-time laureate of the Great Place to Work Award, is fighting for the title once again
For a decade, Sii Poland has been winning the prestigious Great Place to Work Institute award. The Great Place to Work is a global standard for assessing organizational culture and analyzing job satisfaction levels. The certification and title awarding process consists of two stages: Conducting anonymous Trust Index™ Surveys among employees and Completing the Culture Audit™ Questionnaire, where companies present their programs and people management practices. Sii Poland summarized the results of the study conducted among the Workers, which is the first step towards obtaining the Great Place to Work title.
Power People express job satisfaction
This year’s Great Place to Work survey results have shown that 89% of Workers expressed satisfaction with working at the company by selecting the response “Taking everything into consideration, I think my company is a great place to work!” This indicates a high level of contentment and engagement among Power People. The survey participation rate was 40% of all Workers, which constitutes a significant sample and allows for drawing reliable conclusions.
A detailed comparison by the Great Place to Work Institute showed that in this year’s survey, Sii Poland achieved higher scores than the Benchmark, which consists of the average score of the top 15 companies employing over 500 people, in each of the five main categories:
- Credibility
- Respect
- Fairness
- Pride
- Companionship
The company performed highest in the last category, significantly surpassing the competition. This means that Workers particularly appreciate the work atmosphere at Sii, the celebration of events, and also believe that they can count on support and respect from their colleagues.
The data confirms that Sii Poland is effectively fulfilling its mission of creating a friendly and supportive work environment. The company stands out as a trustworthy employer among other reputable companies. Considering the recent high retention rates of the employees in the IT industry, the index of job satisfaction at Sii is even more gratifying for the company.
Sii Poland constantly raises the bar
At the end of 2024, the company participated in the Great Place to Work survey for the 11th time to evaluate and improve its management practices. Measuring preferences is crucial for meeting the expectations in order to create the best working conditions for the Workers. Thus, the main goal of Sii’s participation in the survey is to gather transparent and detailed feedback from Power People. This allows the company to continuously raise standards and build a strong, engaged community that co-creates a positive work atmosphere.
