Sii Poland summarizes the year 2024/25: Over 1 200 new Workers and 1st place in the Great Place to Work ranking 

Despite the challenges the IT industry faced over the past year, Sii Poland closed the 2024/25 fiscal year with impressive results and new achievements. The company reached a revenue of PLN 2.1 billion and once again earned the prestigious Great Place to Work title, ranking first in its category in Poland. 

At the beginning of each fiscal year, Gregoire Nitot, CEO of Sii Poland, sets key goals for the upcoming months. For 2024/25, these included achieving PLN 2.1 billion in revenue with a net profit of at least 10%, and securing the Great Place to Work title. 

At the end of the fiscal year, it’s time to assess goal completion and draw conclusions. This year, the results were again favorable for Sii Poland, as both targets were successfully met. 

Financial success – and beyond 

Sii Poland achieved its financial target, closing the year with revenue exceeding PLN 2.1 billion. The company also contributed PLN 267 million in taxes, supporting the growth of the Polish economy. 

Moreover, Sii not only earned the Great Place to Work title but also ranked first in the large companies category (over 500 employees). In the latest Great Place to Work Institute survey, 89% of Power People said that Sii is an amazing workplace. 

Consistent growth despite market challenges 

Over the past year, Sii Poland acquired 105 new clients across key sectors such as Retail, Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Automotive, Hi-tech, Public, and Software Vendors. 

The company also launched over 210 new projects and introduced new offerings in response to growing client needs, including: 

• NIS2, AI security, IoT devices & embedded pentesting (Cybersecurity), 
• AP/AR, Accessibility – WCAG, Change management consulting (Business Services), 
• AI Testing, MABL (Testing), 
• Financial Services Cloud, Field Service Cloud (Salesforce), 
• Mobile Competency Center. 

These initiatives are creating new opportunities, jobs, and development paths for Power People. 

The 2024/25 fiscal year also saw dynamic team growth. Despite a challenging job market, Sii Poland hired over 1 200 new Workers. Notably, 265 of them joined through internal referrals, showing that employees are eager to recommend the company to friends and family. Sii also opened a new branch in Pune, India, strengthening its international presence.
