The largest manufacturer of processors and chipsets. The Polish branch is responsible, among others, for embedded software.
Business need
Due to the growth of the organization, the client needed an outsourcing partner to take over the handling of HR operations processes completely. In addition, we provided the client service support for 3,000 employees.
What we did
Sii took over HR administration process management for all client’s employees. We deliver the service covering:
- Preparation of documents: Employment contracts, termination of contracts, certificates of employment and remuneration.
- Maintaining personal files.
- Entering payroll data into the SAP system.
- Monitoring of periodic examinations and health and safety trainings.
- Employee support.
