About the client
One of the largest manufacturers of furniture and catering equipment in Poland. Its current offer includes over 7 000 products. It employs more than 500 people in Poland.
The challenge
The client needed to update the technology scope and invest in the new MS Dynamics technology 365 using ERP, CRM, and Field Service functions. The goal was to maintain a constant pace of growth and broaden the range of operations by expanding into foreign markets.
What we did
Implemented the following Dynamics 365 tools:
- Dynamics 365 F&O in the finance, purchasing, sales, WMS warehouse, and production areas.
- Dynamics 365 Sales as a CRM solution.
- Dynamics 365 Field Service as a tool to support the operation and maintenance of the field service.
And integrated Dynamics 365 with external solutions, such as e-commerce and PIM.
