About the client
Danish variety store chain with its first shop opened in Copenhagen in 1995. Currently, the chain has nearly 1000 shops all over the world. The company sells a variety of items, including toys and accessories.
The challenge
The client’s ServiceNow expert was leaving the company, therefore there was a need to hire an engineer to take over the position. The knowledge transfer and duty takeover had to be done in a short amount of time to ensure no disruption to the service.
