About the client
A Norwegian privately owned and operated university college and a vocational school, offering a variety of different study programs and bachelor's degrees. The university's educational programs are accredited by the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.
The challenge
As a part of Galileo Global Education Group (GGE), the client needed to implement a local Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud for all the universities and schools in the group to enhance marketing and transactional communication with candidates, students, and graduates.
What we did
- Conducted business analysis and developed a comprehensive solution design
- Implemented CRM for handling and managing funnels, consents, personal accounts, enrolments, courses, and price lists
- Created a Marketing Cloud for omnichannel communication with target groups (subscribers, students, contacts)
- Performed a synchronization of SFMC with CRM
