We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to take ownership of business-critical billing, invoicing, revenue, and finance-related processes within a global enterprise environment. In this role, you will act as a senior functional leader, driving the design, support, and continuous improvement of end-to-end order-to-cash solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient business operations while supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and modern technology adoption.

Your tasks

Lead and optimize end-to-end order-to-cash, billing, and invoicing processes
Configure and support sales, pricing, tax, delivery, billing, and revenue-related functionalities
Drive initiatives related to intercompany transactions, financial reconciliation, and process integration
Ensure effective integration between commercial processes and finance operations, including receivables, payables, and accounting
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing, and support deployments
Provide advanced application support, perform root-cause analysis, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP solutions in billing, sales, distribution, or finance-related domains
Strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Sales Order Management, Deliveries, PGI (Post Goods Issue), Billing & Invoicing, pricing, taxation, revenue management, and related business processes
Hands-on experience with solution configuration, process design, system integrations, master data management, and business partner processes
Proven involvement in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or transformation projects within international organizations
Experience supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), production environments, and higher-level application support
Fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office

Twoje zadania

Wiodzenie i optymalizacja procesów od zamówienia do płatności, fakturowania i wystawiania faktur
Konfigurowanie i wspieranie funkcjonalności związanych z sprzedażą, cenami, podatkami, dostawami, fakturowaniem i przychodami
Inicjowanie działań związanych z transakcjami wewnętrznymi, uzgadnianiem finansowym i integracją procesów
Zapewnienie efektywnej integracji między procesami komercyjnymi a operacjami finansowymi, w tym należnościami, zobowiązaniami i księgowością
Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi i technologicznymi w celu zbierania wymagań, projektowania rozwiązań, koordynowania testów i wspierania wdrożeń
Zapewnienie zaawansowanego wsparcia aplikacji, przeprowadzanie analizy przyczyn źródłowych oraz identyfikowanie możliwości ciągłego doskonalenia przy zachowaniu zgodności z regulacjami

Wymagania

Co najmniej 5-letnie doświadczenie w pracy z SAP S/4HANA SD (Sprzedaż i Dystrybucja) oraz rozwiązaniami SAP w obszarze fakturowania, sprzedaży, dystrybucji lub finansów
Silna ekspertyza w zakresie procesów od zamówienia do płatności (O2C), w tym zarządzanie zamówieniami sprzedaży, dostawy, PGI (Post Goods Issue), fakturowanie i wystawianie faktur, ceny, opodatkowanie, zarządzanie przychodami oraz pokrewne procesy biznesowe
Praktyczne doświadczenie w zakresie konfiguracji rozwiązań, projektowania procesów, integracji systemów, zarządzania danymi podstawowymi oraz procesów partnerów biznesowych
Udokumentowane zaangażowanie w projekty wdrożeniowe, uruchomieniowe, ulepszające lub transformacyjne w międzynarodowych organizacjach
Doświadczenie w wspieraniu działań testowych, testów akceptacyjnych użytkowników (UAT), środowisk produkcyjnych oraz wyższego poziomu wsparcia aplikacji
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego oraz chęć pracy w modelu hybrydowym z regularną obecnością w biurze w Warszawie
