We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join a global R&D team operating in the energy and industrial technology sector, with a focus on power transformers. In this role, you will drive documentation excellence, support engineering teams, and help establish effective processes and standards for knowledge management. If you enjoy transforming complex technical knowledge into clear, structured content and taking ownership of continuous improvement initiatives, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your tasks

Defining documentation processes and responsibilities for participants
Selecting and managing tools for documentation
Creating and maintaining a consistent style for documentation
Conducting training for developers to foster a documentation culture
Improving the documentation creation process by introducing innovations and promoting the importance of good documentation
Taking notes and organizing information effectively
Working with text and illustrations to enhance clarity
Gradually and iteratively improving content based on expectations and feedback from experts
Advising on user interface aspects for better data presentation

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in technical writing or related fields
An engineering degree or technical background, experience in the energy industry, or experience with transformer technologies will be a strong advantage
Proficiency in creating graphical representations of information, such as diagrams
Familiarity with IT tools such as Office and Git, and openness to learning new tools and technologies
Ability to analyze and organize information effectively, ensuring clarity and coherence in documentation
Experience in adapting content to the target audience and project priorities
Skill in building and maintaining long-term documentation projects
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and content quality
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts
Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new domains and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic, Agile environments
Advanced level of English

Udoskonalanie procesu tworzenia dokumentacji poprzez wprowadzanie innowacji i promowanie znaczenia dobrej dokumentacji
Skuteczne notowanie i organizowanie informacji
Praca z tekstem i ilustracjami w celu zwiększenia przejrzystości
Stopniowe i iteracyjne poprawianie treści na podstawie oczekiwań i opinii ekspertów
Doradzanie w zakresie aspektów interfejsu użytkownika dla lepszej prezentacji danych

Wymagania

Minimum 4-letnie doświadczenie w pisaniu technicznym lub pokrewnych dziedzinach
Wykształcenie inżynieryjne lub techniczne, doświadczenie w branży energetycznej lub doświadczenie z technologiami transformatorowymi będzie dużym atutem
Biegłość w tworzeniu graficznych reprezentacji informacji, takich jak diagramy
Znajomość narzędzi IT, takich jak Office i Git, oraz otwartość na naukę nowych narzędzi i technologii
Umiejętność analizy i organizowania informacji w sposób skuteczny, zapewniając klarowność i spójność dokumentacji
Doświadczenie w dostosowywaniu treści do docelowej grupy odbiorców i priorytetów projektu
Umiejętność budowania i utrzymywania długoterminowych projektów dokumentacyjnych
Silna dbałość o szczegóły, spójność i jakość treści
Umiejętność efektywnej współpracy z różnorodnymi interesariuszami i ekspertami w danej dziedzinie
Proaktywne, nastawione na poprawę podejście z chęcią nauki nowych dziedzin i technologii
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
Elastyczność i zdolność do adaptacji w dynamicznych, zwinnych środowiskach
