Join our team working on AI-driven quality assurance and automation solutions for smart devices. You will focus on developing the mobile automation layer of an AI validation framework, working with real iOS and Android applications, physical devices, and emulators/simulators. The project combines Python-based test automation, mobile technologies, and Generative AI, giving you an opportunity to work on modern solutions used to validate new AI-powered features. The position is based in Cambridge and requires working on-site. If you are passionate about automation and AI technologies, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.
Your tasks
- Designing and developing mobile test automation solutions in Python for iOS and Android
- Building and maintaining automation frameworks for physical mobile devices as well as emulators and simulators
- Developing and scaling Appium-based automation solutions
- Creating automated validation scenarios for mobile applications and AI-powered features
- Integrating mobile automation with the broader AI validation framework
- Developing reliable and maintainable automation code following good software engineering practices
- Cooperating with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Supporting the development and improvement of automated validation and data management solutions
- Investigating automation issues and improving the stability and efficiency of automated tests
- Contributing to the continuous development of the team's automation tools and engineering practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development or test automation
- Very good programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with mobile test automation for iOS and/or Android
- Practical experience with Appium or similar mobile automation frameworks
- Experience working with physical mobile devices as well as emulators or simulators
- Good understanding of software testing and test automation principles
- Experience in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks
- Familiarity with APIs and modern software development practices
- Interest in Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered applications
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international development environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

- Projektowanie i rozwijanie rozwiązań automatyzacji testów mobilnych w Pythonie dla iOS i Androida
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie frameworków automatyzacji dla fizycznych urządzeń mobilnych oraz emulatorów i symulatorów
- Rozwijanie i skalowanie rozwiązań automatyzacji opartych na Appium
